This service is available only to fee-paying subscribers that can demonstrate a legitimate business purpose to access the data. Subscriber approval will be granted or denied by the Marion County Assessor and the Marion County Clerk. Currently, the monthly fee is $100 for the first login and $50 for each additional concurrent login, payable in advance of service delivery, billed quarterly, non-refundable. The service will be available at no cost to other government agencies that will benefit from having access to Marion County Assessment & Taxation data. The data displayed on the website represents portions of our live database and is delivered to you through an intermediary computer. The site was developed toward the needs of title companies and government jurisdictions and does not include the entire Assessment and Taxation database. Subscribers are assigned confidential User ID’s and passwords used to access the website. Passwords can be assigned, or determined by the user. User ID’s and passwords are not to be shared or divulged to anybody outside the subscribing organization. If you wish to subscribe to the website, please provide us with your e-mail or postal address and we will send you an application.Access to our database is also available to the general public at our office in the Courthouse Square Building, 555 Court St NE, 2nd Floor, Room 2233, Salem Oregon. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except legal holidays. Taxpayer inquiries can also be answered via email at assessor@co.marion.or.us, by telephone at (503) 588-5144 or by mail at PO Box 14500, Salem OR, 97309.We can grant temporary access to the website for potential customers to evaluate its usefulness.
