All Marion County management employees, elected officials, and department heads participate in the Marion County 401(k) Employee Savings Plan through ING. Contact ING by calling 800-584-6001 or go to their website at www.ingretirementplans.com.Marion County contributes 2.5% of the salary for management employees and 7.5% of the salary for department heads and elected officials. You can also choose to make pre-tax contributions through payroll deduction. To start or change your employee pre-tax contribution, go to the ING website.
