Be a Campground Host
We are currently recruiting for a volunteer host for Bear Creek Park and Campground. Duties include interacting with a diverse public, checking in campers and collecting fees, firewood sales, litter pickup, trash removal, restroom cleaning and light trail work. Volunteers must have ability to meet public in a positive, friendly manner and must be in good physical condition for walking around litter patrol and trail work. Help Prepare and Respond to Emergencies
The Emergency Management Program is looking for community volunteers interested in helping prepare and respond to emergencies in Marion County. Opportunities include Amateur Radio Emergency Services, Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT), the Medical Reserve Corps, office/administrative support, and more.
