The County Clerk administers the Board of Property Tax Appeals. If, as a property owner, you wish to appeal the amount of value placed on your property by the Accessor's office, complete the applicable form found on this page.

Real Property Petition, 150-310-063.    Use this form to appeal the value of your real property land and buildings, manufactured structures, or industrial machinery and equipment.

Personal Property Petition, 150-310-064.   Use this form to appeal the value of your business personal property or your floating property.

Petition of Waiver of Late Filing Penalty, 150-310-065. Use this form to appeal the penalty assessed for the late filing of a real or personal property return.
