The 2009 Oregon Legislature enacted a bill that provides an option for Armed Services and Merchant Marine personnel to return their voted ballot by facsimile instead of by mail.
When using this option your fax must include the following for your ballot to be counted:
1) A signed SEL 531, Facsimile Vote Secret Ballot Waiver Form.
2) Your Voted Ballot – be sure to fax the entire ballot, it may be two sided.
