Marion County's teen pregnancy rates are among the highest in Oregon. Teen pregnancies create serious risks for teens as well as for their children. Everyone can play a role in reducing rates: parents, neighbors, youth, schools, faith congregations, youth-serving organizations, businesses, and health care providers.Marion County's 6-Year Plan to Improve Outcomes for Children and Families identified teen pregnancy prevention as a strategic priority.
