Volunteer

Volunteers at the Marion County Fair

Fair volunteers play a vital role in producing the fair. Because of our limited budget, the fair relies on volunteer manpower to accomplish many of the tasks needing to be done. Fair events that rely on volunteers include, but are not limted to:

Assisting with the legislative reception

Hosting the information booths

Assisting with Open Class exhibits

Providing entertainment

Help with set-up/take-down

Ground clean-up patrols

Please consider becoming a part of the Marion County Fair; we could use your help! Volunteers receive free admission to the fair on the days they assist. (Children under 15 years of age, must have an adult volunteer with them.)
