Tax Foreclosed Property
Marion County sells tax foreclosed and/or surplus real property by public oral auction and by sealed bid sale to the general public or to the adjacent property owners (within certain restrictions). Currently,we do NOT have any properties for sale to the general public & we DO NOT HAVE AN AUCTION SCHEDULED. The next auction is not expected until spring/summer of 2014.To be notified by mail when Marion County has property available for sale, please contact the Property Specialist at the address or phone number given below to be added to our mail notification list.The mailing list will be notified approximately 4 weeks prior to the date of the auction.Real Property Policies and Procedures:
