About Community and Provider Services (CAPS)

Community and Provider Services (CAPS) is a system designed to support Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members in receiving services and support. One of the primary responsibilities of CAPS is to provide administrative oversight to our eight (8) agencies who accept OHP for outpatient mental health services. The group of these agencies is called the Integrated Delivery System (IDS). For more information about the IDS, please click here.
