Cost: $10Classes are 2 1/2 hours long.Arrive 20-30 minutes early to register.Cards are valid statewide for 3 years.The cost to replace a lost card is $5.Please do not bring children under age 10.You can download the Food Handler Self-Training Manual (489K pdf). A printed copy will be supplied at the class.

Does your establishment have a Certified Restaurant Manager?Each facility is required to have a Person In Charge (PIC) at all times the establishment is open. This class will explore the concepts of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) and the use of critical standard operating procedures. Upon successful completion of the class, you will have demonstrated the required knowledge to be identified as a PIC and will receive certification as a Certified Restaurant Manager, which is valid for 5 years and nationally recognized.
