Environmental Health issues licenses and inspects public pools and spas in Marion County. We provide plan reviews and construction inspections for approval of new or alterations of public pools using Oregon Administrative Rules.
The major focus of swimming pool inspections is on pool supervision, lifeguard requirements, lifesaving equipment and its use.
