Health care providers are to report suspected arthropod-borne infections in Marion County residents within one working day by fax, (503) 566-2920, or by phone to (503) 588-5621. Exception: Suspected and confirmed cases of West Nile Virus must be reported by phone (503) 588-5621 within 24 hours of identification.
