Consequences: First incident=verbal warning. Second incident=Behavior citation. Confiscation of money. Student calls parent. Third incident=Referral to administration. Confiscation of money. Parent contact. Classes only, three days. Thereafter= Referral to administration. Confiscation of money. Parent conference and individual plan developed.
