Reduce recidivism.

Increase payment of restitution to victims.

Provide information and support to crime victims in exercising their right to a meaningful role in the juvenile justice process.

Increase pro-social skill development opportunities within programs.

Address juvenile delinquency prevention and system improvement efforts designed to reduce the disproportionate number of juvenile members of minority groups, who come into contact with the juvenile justice system.

Develop coordinated, comprehensive, continuum of services.

The right youth in the right resource. Use resources effectively to achieve best least restrictive and thus less costly outcomes.

Appropriately respond to mental health issues, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders through a multi-faceted and flexible intervention.

Increase evidenced based, and promising practices programs and services.

Develop and implement a model enforcement, intervention, and re-entry strategy to create positive behavior change in gang affiliated youth.

Recognize, celebrate and communicate achievement and success.
