Vendors: In an effort to provide better customer service, we have the capablility to process credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) over the phone. If you would like to pay your vendor fee over the phone, please call us at 503-585-9998.



Commercial Exhibitors / Vendors

1. Click on this link for a copy of the Commercial Exhibitor Application. Print the document, complete, and return to us.

2. Click on this link for a copy of the Rules Governing Commercial Exhibits. All applicants must agree to these parameters.

3. Our event is held on the Oregon State Fairgrounds; clickable map of the grounds.

4. Click on the links below to choose a booth location. (The layouts are subject to change with 2013 updates.)

Food Vendors

1. Click on this link for a copy of the Food Vendor Application Packet. Print the document; once completed, return by mail to us. Application Deadline: Friday, March 8, 2013.

Authors' Table

Have you authored a book? Are you interested in sharing with the world your ideas? Well this is the place for you. Come and gather with fellow authors and get your ideas out there!

Rescue Row

Rescue Row contains a row of booths dedicated to organizations that are in the rescue business. From birds to bovines and everything in between, all animal groups are welcome to participate. Come and take this opportunity to educate the community about your existence, what resources you have to help, and maybe even help some animals find their new forever home!
