How to Locate our Office
Marion County Building Inspection Division is located in the Marion County Courthouse Square Building in downtown Salem at 555 Court Street NE; 2nd floor; Room 2150.
DIRECTIONS TO BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION
COURTHOUSE SQUARE BUILDING
I-5 Northbound (coming from south of Salem):
1. Take exit #256/OR-213 to MARKET ST NE.
2. Turn LEFT on MARKET ST NE. Continue west for a couple of miles to BROADWAY.
3. Turn LEFT on BROADWAY ST (which will turn into HIGH ST).
4. Turn LEFT on STATE ST.
5. Turn LEFT on CHURCH ST.
6. Turn LEFT on COURT ST.
7. 555 COURT ST is on the RIGHT side of COURT ST between CHURCH ST and HIGH ST.
I-5 Southbound (coming from north of Salem):
2. Turn RIGHT on MARKET ST NE. Continue west for a couple of miles to BROADWAY.
