Solid Waste Management Advisory Council

Asbestos Disposal Information
Marion County can accept both friable and non-friable asbestos-containing waste at the Browns Island Demolition Landfill. All asbestos containing materials disposed shall be in accordance with OAR 340-032-5650 and the Browns Island Landfill Permit #399.
