Private Maintenance Agreement
Marion County works cooperatively with residents to manage roadside vegetation. In many areas, county residents can elect to manage the roadside vegetation near their home or business. While the Department of Public Works welcomes the opportunity to work with residents, safety concerns, invasive plant species, and site distance issues must always be a top priority. To address these issues Public Works has drafted a standard Private Maintenance Agreement. Marion County welcomes your inquiries and suggestions for the Private Maintenance Agreement and looks forward to working with you to acheive our common goal of a safe, attractive, and environmentally-friendly roadside.
