Electronics Recycling: Do you have an old television, microwave, photocopy machine, computer, cell phone, stereo, VCR/DVD player, telephone, camera, or video camera sitting around gathering dust?  If it can't be repaired or donated, don't throw it away! Bring it to the Salem-Keizer Recycling & Transfer Station, North Marion Recycling and Transfer Station, and/or Garten Services to have it recycled!  Electronics are accepted for free, however under the Oregon E-Cycles Program, the Salem-Keizer & North Marion Recycling & Transfer stations only accept up to seven laptops, monitors, CPUs or televisions per customer per day for free drop-off.  For example, one would not be able to drop off 2 televisions, 4 desktop computers, 1 laptop and 1 monitor because it would be a total of 8 of these items.  Customers with more than 7 of these items may contact an electronics recycler such as Garten Services (503-581-4472).  All other electronics, including printers, copy machines, keyboards, etc. are accepted for free.
