The Stormwater Credit Program is designed to provide commercial property owners who own and maintain beneficial stormwater infrastructure a credit. This reduces the property owners Stormwater Fee.
The stormwater fee credit application submittal deadline is March 31st of each year. We are currently accepting stormwater credit applications. Please note that applications received after March 31st will be processed and applied to the next year's fees.
Credit Approval Process
1. Property Owner submits a completed application
2. County Staff reviews application for eligibility
3. County Staff makes site visit to determine maintenance & function of infrastructure
4. County issues final determined credit which will be reflected in upcoming billing cycle
