ARE YOU READY?
Disaster can strike when you least expect it… SO PREPARE

Also include a first aid kit and manual, matches, warm clothing, bedding, cash and coins, flashlight and batteries, whistle, sanitation & hygiene items, medications, eye glasses, pet supplies and elderly and baby needs.
GET TRAINED- Learn about the hazards that may strike your community, the risks you face from these hazards, and your community’s plans for warning and evacuation. Obtain this information from your local emergency preparedness office. Learn how to shut off your utilities safely. Learn how to shelter-in-place.
GET INVOLVED – VOLUNTEER- Your community needs your help in responding to community emergencies. Volunteering with Marion County Citizen Corps can build your skill level and confidence to help those in your home, your neighborhood and at work.
