I, AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MARION COUNTY PARKS. I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE OR INJURY TO ANY PERSONS OR PROPERTY I MAY CAUSE WHILE WORKING WITH THE ADOPT-A-PARK PROGRAM. I ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RELEASE MARION COUNTY AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE I MAY HAVE FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MY ACTS AND THE ACTS OF THIRD PERSONS WHILE I AM WORKING WITH THE ADOPT-A-PARK PROGRAM. I/WE ARE NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF MARION COUNTY FOR PURPOSES OF THIS PROGRAM. I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY.
PARENTAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE
While working with the Adopt-A-Park program, I and my child agree: we are aware of the risks associated with Marion County parks. We are responsible for all damage or injury to any persons or property we may cause while working with the Adopt-A-Park program. We assume all risks and release Marion County and its representatives from all claims of any nature we may have for injuries or damages resulting from our acts and the acts of third persons while we are working with the Adopt-A-Park program. I/we are not agents or employees of Marion County for purposes of this program. I sign this agreement voluntarily.
