Have a problem or concern?Whether you're a property owner or applicant with a pending land use case, a concerned neighbor, or appealing a land use decision, Planning staff is here to provide assistance. The land use planning process can be intimidating, but we're not! And we don't "take sides" in an appealed land use case - staff will gladly help anyone participating in our land use process. We understand neighbors can often have different points of view that need to be respected. Our goal is to listen and consider all of the views and interests to help the decision-making body find the right course of action for serving the overall public good.Sometimes it helps to get a different perspective, or perhaps getting an explanation from someone "new" will help?
