Revisions to the County Rural Zone Code Adopted!
On May 2, 2012 the Marion County Board of Commissioners adopted revisions to the Marion County Rural Zone Code. These revisions:

incorporate division policies;

include minor updates and corrections;

add certain winery standards from House Bill 3280;

update the Signs Chapter to include regulations specific to the Aurora State Airport;

implement new regulations, from Senate Bill 960, allowing certain agri-tourism events and activities in resource zones as conditional uses;

update composting regulations to meet new Oregon Administrative Rules;

clarifies regulations for solar photoelectric and thermal energy systems as permitted uses.

You can search by address, case number, or tax lot. It's very simple to use!
