Submitting Written Testimony or Requesting Information via Email:We strongly advise you not to submit written testimony or comments or request information with a time-sensitive nature via email. It is possible the County's anti-virus or spam software will block an email being sent to the Planning Division. Also, there can be technical issues that slow delivery of email. If you are unable to mail or hand-deliver a document and send it by email, make sure you receive confirmation that the email was received. You can also fax to our office at (503) 589-3284 and then confirm the fax has been received by calling our office at (503) 588-5038. If you have questions or are requesting information on a particular case, call our office and ask to speak to the person assigned to that case (noted below). Again, we strongly advise you not to email staff requesting information the day of, or the day before, a hearing. It is important to note that any form of communication (mail, fax, email, etc.) for a land use hearing must be received in the Planning Division office by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the hearing.
