If you have questions or are requesting information on a particular case, call our office and ask to speak to the person assigned to that case (noted below). Again, we strongly advise you not to email staff requesting information the day of, or the day before, a hearing. It is important to note that any form of communication (mail, fax, email, etc.) for a land use hearing must be received in the Planning Division office by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the hearing.
