MCJ Bail Information
Bail may be paid at the following locations and in the following forms:Marion County Circuit Court Annex: 4000 Aumsville Hwy. SE, Salem, OR 97317Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed on holidays recognized by Marion County). There is no fee to use this system. The court will accept bail in the form of:
*Cashier's checks will be accepted only under the following conditions: 1. Made payable to: State of Oregon. 2. Acceptable photo ID is presented. 3. For Marion County charges only.Jail Bail Window: 4000 Aumsville Hwy SE, Salem, OR 97317 Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am and anytime during Saturday/Sunday, including holidays. There is no fee to use this system. The bail window can only accept bail in the form of cash.
Automated Kiosk System: Bail can also be paid using an automated system with kiosks located in the Jail visitor's lobby (Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm) and at the Jail bail window, (available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays). The kiosks accept cash and credit/debit cards. There is a fee to use this system.
