MCCF Bail Information
Bail can be paid at the Court Annex, 4000 Aumsville Hwy. SE, Salem, OR 97317. The court will accept bail in the form of cashiers checks and credit/debit Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (The Annex is closed on holidays recognized by Marion County).There is NO fee to use the Court Annex system. Bail can also be paid at the bail window. Bail for out of county charges will only be accepted in cash. Bail for local Marion County charges will be accepted in the form of cash, and personal checks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The jail will accept cashiers checks during banking hours only. Make checks payable to: State of Oregon.Personal checks will be accepted up to $500.00 and only under the following conditions: 1. For Marion County charges only 2. Presenter is the person whom the check belongs 3. Check is drawn on a local bank 4. Acceptable photo ID is presentedThere is NO fee to pay at the bail window. As an alternative, bail can also be paid using an automated system after hours, on weekends and on holidays. This system accepts cash, and credit/debit cards.
