Senate Bill 111 Planning AuthorityDeadly Physical Force Plan
A PUBLIC HEARING was held on March 11, 2008 at 5:15 p.m. in the Senator Hearing Room, at Courthouse Square 555 Court St. NE, Salem, OR 97301, to discuss the draft plan. A final draft was sent to each each City Council within Marion County for formal approval. We received at least two-thirds approval by the City Councils (as required by SB111), and submitted the plan to the Attorney General for final approval.
