    Health Department Renovation Project

    ​Salem, OR – The Marion County Health Department, located at 3180 Center Street, will temporarily close to the public for needed renovations.  In the fall of 2015, construction will begin to replace the building's heating and air conditioning system, install energy efficient windows and lighting, and remodel to bring the building up to American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. This will be the first major renovation of the building since it was built in 1974. The project is estimated to be complete in the fall of 2016.

    Center Street Health Department programs and services will move to the following locations:

    Beginning September 21, 2015:
    1660 Oak Street SE, Salem
    Public Health Clinic

      • Communicable Disease
      • HIV
      • Immunizations
      • Reproductive Health
      • Sexually Transmitted Infections
      • Early Childhood Nursing
      • Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

    Beginning September 28, 2015:
    750 Front Street NE, Salem

      • Administration
      • Adult Behavioral Health
      • Medical Examiner
      • Environmental Health
      • Genoa Pharmacy
      • Vital Statistics

    All phone numbers and fax numbers will remain the same.  The new temporary mailing address for both locations will be:
