    DEPUTIES SEARCHING FOR MISSING SALEM MAN

    Mr. Pierce was located moments ago by our partners at Chemeketa Community College Office of Public Safety. Mr. Pierce is not injured and is being returned home.

    Marion County Sheriff's deputies are actively searching for a missing Salem man. Clyde Pierce, age 76, has been missing from his home in the 4500 block of 47th Avenue NE since 1:30 this afternoon after returning from an outing.

    Mr. Pierce is a white male, 5'06" tall, 130 pounds, with gray hair. He was last seen wearing a black nylon jacket (pictured) with a red collar, black pants and a black cowboy hat. Mr. Pierce is developmentally disabled and does not speak. The Sheriff's Office is asking any who sees or has seen Mr. Pierce to please call 911.
