Dr. Chan Hellman and Hope Theory
The Children and Families Commission adheres to Dr. Chan Hellman's research about Hope as a tool for change. According to Dr. Hellman, "at the heart of change is your ability to understand the way things are right now in your life, and that you can begin to imagine the way life could be." The Children and Families Commission is committed to building communities of Hope in Marion County
