Integrated Delivery System (IDS) Agencies
Marion County Community and Provider Services (CAPS) is responsible for all outpatient mental health services delivered to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) recipients in Marion County. OHP recipients can include individuals on an Open Card or who's mental health benefits have been assigned to the Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network (MVBCN).
CAPS is responsible for creating and maintaining a provider panel that is able to meet the outpatient mental health needs of all OHP recipients in Marion County. In the summer of 2007, CAPS completed a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an array of outpatient mental health services. This process resulted in the selection of the following outpatient mental health providers: Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare Inc., Catholic Community Counseling, Easter Seals Children’s Therapy Center, Marion County Health Department, New Perspectives, Northwest Human Services, Options Counseling, and Valley Mental Health. This panel of providers is what makes up the Integrated Delivery System (IDS) in Marion County.
The IDS is not scheduled to be re-bid until 2012.
