Proper Court Attire
To maintain the dignity of the court, the court requires that the following list of minimum standards regarding appropriate dress be met before entering the courtroom.
Shoes are required.
Hats or caps must be removed while in the courtroom, regardless of wearer's gender.
Clothing must cover the person's undergarments and midriff, regardless of person's gender.
If a party attempts to appear but fails to wear proper courtroom attire, the hearing will be reset so the person can acquire proper attire.
