In February 1992, Marjorie M. Wells, age 73, was murdered in her home. Her home was a small, single-story house located on Lancaster Drive in Salem, Oregon.
Wells body was discovered when an acquaintance grew concerned when Wells had not been seen for a brief period of time. During the initial investigation detectives gathered evidence and information that continues to be evaluated as new information or evidence is developed.
The forms of violence and items used by the person responsible for this death could be helpful in identifying the person responsible.
