Our Woodburn office provides a variety of bilingual services to children, youth, adults, and families. We can also with temporary restaurant licensing, and provide services through the WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program.
Woodburn Psychiatric Crisis Center
Our behavioral health crisis counselors are available seven days a week from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. to assist and support those struggling with mental health. Services are available in English and Spanish, and interpreter services are available in other languages. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. Crisis services are available to everyone – regardless of insurance, immigration status, or ability to pay.

Adult Programs & Services
Adult Behavioral Health Services
Our adult behavior health services are available to individuals 18 years and older, suffering from persistent and severe mental illness, that impair functional ability to the point of possible hospitalization. Services include information and referral, assessments, case management (English and Spanish), assistance with finding housing, and medication management. Please call us to make an appointment.
Alcohol & Drug Treatment
We provide both outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for adults. We offer American Society of Addiction Medicine assessments and recommendations, adult co-ed and gender specific treatment, group counseling, individual counseling, family counseling, and DUII services. Services are provided in English and Spanish.
Youth & Family Programs & Services

Adolescent Alcohol & Drug Prevention Early Intervention
These services are designed for adolescents (ages 11-18 years) and provide skills classes at local middle and high school sites. Classes include substance abuse, dating violence, and problem gambling. All classes are provided in English and Spanish.
Children's Behavioral Health Services
Services offered include cognitive behavioral therapies (trauma-focused, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders), individual and group therapy, family therapy, behavior exploration and support for children and their families, and case management. Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
The WIC Program is a public health nutrition service that connects families with nutrition education and healthy foods needed during pregnancy and childhood. The program serves women, infants, and children through five years of age. For more information about WIC, click HERE.
Wraparound Services
Our Wraparound program serves youth ages 0-17 with complex mental health needs who are receiving the most intensive psychiatric services. The program is focused on establishing a TEAM using a strength-based approach that is family driven and youth guided, to develop one plan with measurable goals and action steps.
