The Marion County Law Library provides legal information services to the Marion County courts, judges, attorneys, and general public.
Library staff are available to help patrons locate and use materials.
Staff cannot do legal research for the public nor perform any services that might constitute the unauthorized practice of law, such as filling out forms, interpreting statutes or advising patrons about specific legal problems (see ORS 9.160)
