Corrected Information: The marijuana grows viewed by media have been determined to be located on a separate private property, the marijuana grow is a legal grow and not associated with the tragic events that took place yesterday afternoon.
Yesterday at 11:05 a.m., Deputies with the Marion County Sheriff's Office were called to 13436 Kiliam Road NE, near Woodburn. At 11:21 a.m., when Deputies arrived they found two deceased victims, and two additional victims who were all injured from gunfire.
Deputies on scene treated the victims for their injuries and loaded them on to awaiting ambulances. Katie Gildersleeve, age 30, of Logsden, Oregon was transported to Emanuel Hospital in Portland by ambulance and she later died of her injuries. The second victim Refugio Modesto-DeLaCruz, age 27, was also transported by ambulance to OHSU and he is currently in critical condition but expected to survive his injuries.
Deputies searched the residence and the surrounding area with K9's and an airplane provided by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. Deputies were able to obtain a vehicle and suspect description on scene which was broadcast to all local police agencies. At approximately 1:30 p.m., the suspect was located driving east on Interstate 84, near The Dalles. Oregon State Troopers, deputies with Hood River County Sheriff's Office and the Hood River Police Department stopped the vehicle being driven by Bonifacio Oseguera-Gonzalez, age 29 and he was taken into custody without incident.
Upon further investigation detectives identified Ruben Rigoberto-Reyes, age 60 and Edmundo Amaro-Bajonero, age 26 as the two males killed at the Kiliam residence. The victims Refugio, Ruben and Edmundo are residents at the Kiliam Road address, and Ms. Gildersleeve was the girlfriend of another resident who was not present at the time of the shooting. The suspect Bonifacio is known to frequent the property.
At this point in the investigation all further releases of information will be managed by the Marion County District Attorney's Office. The Sheriff's Office sends it condolences to the families of the victims and we hope that media will be respectful of those families during their grieving period.
The man detectives believe is responsible for today's triple homicide has been booked into the Marion County Jail. Bonifacio Oseguera-Gonzalez, age 29 will be arraigned tomorrow at 3 p.m. at the Circuit Court Annex for the crimes of Aggravated Murder x 3 and Attempted Aggravated Murder. The Sheriff's Office does not anticipate any further releases this evening, a time for additional releases has not yet been determined.

The victims in this case are all adults, 3 males and 1 female, tragically the female has died at the hospital and the male remains in critical condition. The Sheriff's Office is not prepared at this time to release details regarding the relationship of the victims and shooter or their identities. The Sheriff's Office will release the suspects name and photograph once he has been booked into the Marion County Jail, that time frame is unknown.

Approximately 10 minutes ago the suspect in today's shooting was detained by the Oregon State Police just east of Portland. No further details are available at this time.
The Marion County Sheriffs Office is on scene and investigating a shooting that took place today in the 13000 block of Kiliam Road NE. The Sheriff's Office can confirm there are two vicitms who are deceased and two vicitms transported to OHSU and Emanuel.
The Sheriff's Office is still actively searching for the single suspect in the shooting. We are very early in the investigation and very few details are available for release at this time. As information becomes available we will update this release.
