Business Services
Business Services provides internal services to county departments: coordination of county administrative policies, facilities maintenance and operations, human resources and benefits administration, employee relations and development, liability and workers compensation insurance management and employee safety and wellness. Business Services is located on the Fourth Floor of the Courthouse Square Building, 555 Court Street NE in Salem. Facilities management division is located in the Marion County Courthouse. Facilities ManagementMaintains county facilities, grounds, custodial care, architectural support for projects and courier services.
Facilities CommitteesEvaluate the December 2006 Facilities Master Plan prepared by Daniel C. Smith and Associates and make recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on priorities and implementation process that balances the need for space, timing, and available resources.
