LICENSING AND RECORDING

WE WILL BE MOVING SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH 7, 2010.

Licensing and Recording, Clerk Administration, BOPTA and Records Management may move to a new location September 1-7, 2010.

Please check back for updates.
Currently, the move is scheduled for September 1, 2010, and the location is 1115 Commercial Street NE, Salem, Oregon (corner of Commercial Street NE and Market).

We will offer full service at our current location, the Courthouse, on Tuesday,
August 31, 2010. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, September 1, 2 and 3, we will offer recording only at the Courthouse between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.only.

We will not be issuing marriage licenses or declarations of domestic partnerships; or accepting passport or liquor license applications on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, September 1, 2 or 3; or on Tuesday, September 7.

There will be no public terminals or microfilm access on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, September 1, 2, or 3; or on Tuesday, September 7.

On Tuesday, September 7, we will be recording only at our new location, 1115 Commercial Street NE between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. only.

On Wednesday, September 8, we will be offering all services at our new location during our normal hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
