Approve Amendment #6 to the incoming funds Assistance Agreement with the Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Division to extend the term date to December 31, 2027, and add $1,655,615.50, of which an estimated $1,485,583.79 will utilize federal funding and an estimated $170,031.71 will utilize county funding, for a new agreement total of $9,957,495.22, for increased preliminary and construction engineering, inspection, and construction for the North Fork Road Slide Stabilization project.
