OLCC Licenses – Recommended Approval
1. Approve an order recommending the renewal of Oregon Liquor Control Commission Licenses as referenced in Exhibit A.

2. Approve a quitclaim deed for the private sale and transfer of ownership of a tax foreclosed property for tax account 540010, from Marion County to grantees April F. and Thomas Newton, Trustees of the April and Thomas Newton Living Trust.

3. Receive notice of the hearings officer's decision approving Partition Case #25-017 / D. and J.F. Vineyards, LLC.

Consider approval of the incoming funds Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery Subrecipient Grant Agreement with the State of Oregon, Housing and Community Services Department (OHCS) to provide funding in the amount of $34,066,745 to support seven wildfire recovery projects located in the North Santiam Canyon through February 2, 2029. –Brian Nicholas, Ryan Crowther, and Matt Lawyer

5. Consider approval of the Construction Contract with Colton Homes, Inc., dba, Colton Construction in the amount of $2,087,000 to provide construction and site improvements at seven new and existing public safety radio communication sites through July 31, 2026. –Brian Nicholas
