2. Consider approval of a proclamation designating May 4-10, 2025, as National Corrections Professionals Week in Marion County. –Commander Jacob Ramsey
CONSENT
3. Approve Amendment #1 to the Contract for Services with James F. Miller to add $400,000 for a new contract total of $900,000 to continue to provide mental health assessments and care to Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) clients through June 30, 2027.
4. Approve the Contract for Services with Melody Klug in the amount of $297,000 to provide psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner services for individuals in the Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Program through June 30, 2028.
5. Approve the Purchase Order with Cardinal Health 110, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000 for the purchase of opioid treatment medications for a five-year period for Marion County Health and Human Services Alcohol and Drug Program clients.
6. Approve the Purchase Order with Mythics, LLC in the amount of $278,744.40 to provide Oracle licensing, software, and hardware support through June 30, 2026.
7. Approve Amendment #1 to the incoming funds Site Lease With Option agreement with T-Mobile West Tower, LLC to add $374,597.40 for a new contract total of $613,265.70 for the lease of space for a communications tower and related equipment at the Marion County Public Works campus through May 31, 2028.
8. Approve an order for a property tax refund for State Investments, LLC, tax account 573567, in the amount of $49,774.54.
ACTION
9. Consider a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2025-26 County Assessment Function Funding Assistance (CAFFA) Grant application. –Tom Rohlfing
10. Consider approval of the Construction Contract with Siegmund Excavation and Construction, Inc. that utilizes Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) grant funding in the amount of $116,350 for the construction and reestablishment of native wetlands at Salmon Falls Park through September 30, 2025. –Kevin Thompson
11. Consider the acceptance of a Warranty Deed to Marion County from grantors Donna J. Berning, Trustee of the Lucas Joint Revocable Living Trust, and Scott J. Baughman and Shelly J. Baughman conveying real property located in Linn County, Oregon, as referenced in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, for the purchase price of $1,639,000 for the North Santiam Canyon Sewer Project and authorize the Chair to sign closing documents on behalf of Marion County. –Chris Einmo
