1. Approve Amendment #9 to reinstate an incoming funds
Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority and add $5,991,920.96
for the following public health Program Elements (PE), for a new contract total
of $14,538,915.79, through June 30, 2027:
- PE01-01 - State Support for Public Health;
- PE12-01 - Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response;
- PE13 - Tobacco Prevention and Education Program;
- PE36 - Alcohol and Drug Prevention Education Program;
- PE36-01 – Opioid Settlement Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery (OSPTR) Board Primary Prevention Funding;
- PE40-01 – Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) – Nutrition Services Administration (NSA), July through September;
- PE40-02 – WIC - NSA, October through June;
- PE40-05 - Farmer's Market;
- PE42-03 – Maternal Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Perinatal General Funds and Title XIX;
- PE42-04 – MCAH Babies First! General Funds;
- PE42-11 - MCAH Title V;
- PE 43-01 - Public Health Practice (PHP), Immunization Services;
- PE50 - Safe Drinking Water Program;
- PE51-01 - Local Public Health Authority (LPHA) Leadership, Governance, and Programs;
- PE81-01 - HIV/STI Statewide Services (HSSS), Federal Funds; and
- PE81-02 - HSSS Program.
PUBLIC WORKS
2. Approve the Construction Contract with North Santiam Paving Co. to utilize Safe Routes To School (SRTS) grant funding in the amount of $157,792, with no county match required, for the construction of pedestrian safety enhancements on a portion of Brown Road near Scott Elementary School, through September 30, 2027.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
3. Approve the incoming funds Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Sublimity in the amount of $129,822.72 to provide law enforcement services on an as-needed, overtime basis to support public safety services within the city's limits through June 30, 2027.
