In order to protect the health of our customers and our staff from the spread of the Novel Coronavirus / COVID-19, the Marion County Housing Authority has decided to temporarily close our office to the public effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

During the closure:
MCHA customers can still contact our staff via phone and/or email.
Rent and other payments should be mailed to our office address while the office is closed.
Documents may be submitted to our office by fax at (503) 798-4171, or by email as a scanned .pdf document either directly to your case manager or to
mcha_info@mchaor.org.
Documents may also be left in the drop box that is located outside of the main office door for Suite 200 at 2645 Portland Rd. NE in Salem.

Established in November 1968, MCHA has a long history of providing low income housing properties throughout Marion County.
MCHA provides housing assistance to communities outside of the urban growth boundaries of the cities of Salem and Keizer.
