Online Food Handler Training
Online food handler training is provided through Lane County. Food handler cards are
valid for three years and accepted throughout the entire state of Oregon. Use the

Self Training
If you prefer to self-training, you can download the Food Handler Self-Training Manual in
English or other languages.
We offer food handler testing at our office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

In order to take the test you will need:
- Photo ID
- Test cost is $10
- Cards are valid for three (3) years
- Cards can be used anywhere throughout the state of Oregon
Food Manager Training/ ServSafe Certification
Does your establishment have a Certified Restaurant Manager? Each facility is required to have a Person In Charge (PIC) at all times the establishment is open. Upon successful completion of the Food Manager Training/ServSafe Certification class, you will have demonstrated the required knowledge to be identified as a PIC and will receive certification as a Certified Restaurant Manager.
Class is $100 and must be prepaid. Seating is limited! Call (503) 588-5346 to register.
