Beginning Friday, May 22, 2020, the Marion County Clerks office will be open to the public during our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m – 5:00. p.m. Passports are still not available at this time. To comply with physical distancing guidelines, we will be limiting the number of people in our lobby. We encourage you to continue to contact our office by phone at 503-588-5225 (License and Recording) or 503-588-5041 (Elections), or by electronic means (License and Recording or Elections) to minimize physical contact.
Marion County Clerk provides access to and preserves for posterity, those property records entrusted to our care.
