MCHA provides housing assistance throughout Marion County Oregon in the following cities: St. Paul, Aurora, Donald, Hubbard, Woodburn, Gervais, Monitor, Brooks, Mt. Angel, Silverton, Scotts Mills, Shaw, Turner, Aumsville, Sublimity, Stayton, Marion, Jefferson, Mehama, Lyons, Mill City, Gates, Detroit and Idanha.
The Marion County Housing Authority DOES NOT provide housing assistance in Salem or Keizer.

OPENING HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST
On January 15,2023 at 12:00 midnight, the Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) will open the Housing Choice Voucher Wait List for applications for the waiting list.
Applications will be available in the MCHA office at 2645 Portland Road NE, Salem, OR 97301 beginning January 17,2023 and on the website beginning January 15,2023 at midnight.

Project Based Voucher (PBV) - Section 8 - Application
MARION COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY, OREGON
OPENING PROJECT BASED VOUCHER WAITING LIST
On January 15,2023 at 12:00 midnight, the Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) will
open the Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Colonia Unidad apartment community at 1750
Park Avenue, Woodburn, OR 97071. Colonia Unidad has 14 two- and three-bedroom units with
project-based voucher assistance. In addition, it will open the Project-Based Voucher waiting list
for Twilight Courts apartment community at 811 S. Water ST, Silverton, OR 97381. Twilight
Courts has 30 one-bedroom with project-based Voucher assistance.
Applications for the Colonia Unidad and Twilight Courts waiting list will be available in the
MCHA office at 2645 Portland Road NE, Salem, OR 97301 beginning January 17,2023 and on the website beginning January 15,2023 at midnight.
