Two Idanha men were stopped last night for a traffic violation by Deputies on Main Street near High Street in Jefferson. The Mayor of Idanha and driver of the car, Cletus Moore, age 68 and his passenger Christopher Kosack, age 39, were both arrested after Deputies allege they found what appeared to be methamphetamine on both men.
The meth was found during an inventory search of the vehicle after Deputies towed the car for driving uninsured. Both Moore and Kosack admitted to driving to Jefferson to purchase methamphetamine. After their arrest both men were taken to the Marion County Jail where they were later released and set to appear in court on September 28th at 9:30 a.m. at the Circuit Court Annex.
