The Marion County Budget Committee approved the FY 2026-27 Proposed Budget on March 19, 2026, and referred it to the Board of Commissioners for adoption. The Board of Commissioners held a public hearing on the FY 2026-27 Budget and adopted the budget during its June 17, 2026 Board Session.
At the June 17 Board Session, the Board approved two modifications to the Proposed Budget: the establishment of a centralized interest fund and an update to the Environmental Services Fund. Additional details regarding these changes are included in the budget adoption resolution available below.
County staff are currently preparing the final FY 2026-27 Adopted Budget document, which will incorporate these changes. The final Adopted Budget document will be posted on this website in late July 2026.
