Weddings
Judge Kidd loves to perform weddings in both English and Spanish! Weddings at the Justice Court courthouse are scheduled Thursday afternoons or by appointment. Judge Kidd is available for some weddings outside the courthouse and outside business hours. In order to schedule an after-hours wedding, please call to check availability.
In order to be married, you will need to bring a wedding license from the County Clerk, in addition to a marriage certificate. Normally, there is a three-day waiting period in between the license and the ceremony, but the County Clerk may waive the waiting period if you request it.
A marriage ceremony requires two witnesses. You may supply your own witnesses, or the court clerks may serve as witnesses during working hours.
