FED Actions (Evictions)
The Justice Court has jurisdiction over FED (eviction) actions.

The Oregon Legislature has implemented several special eviction rules related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Oregon State Bar created this resource

If you are a landlord filing an eviction, you will start with the complaint and summons. If you are a tenant responding to an eviction, you will start with the answer form.

At the first hearing, which is called the initial appearance, sometimes the landlord and tenant can come to an agreement. If they do come to an agreement, they memorialize the agreement in a document called the "stipulated agreement and order."

To ensure proper filing any FED filings must be submitted before 4:30 p.m.
