| Description
K&E Excavating, on behalf of Marion County Capital Projects, will be closing the portion of North Fork Rd that lies approximately between House Mountain Rd and Multiclum Rd (MP 4.9 to MP 5.2). House Mountain Rd and Multiclum Rd will remain open through the closure.
The closure will begin Monday, May 4th, 2026 at 7:00 am and end on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Emergency services will be allowed through the closure until the road is excavated and rendered unsafe or impassible.
****As of 6/8,
North Fork Rd experienced a second slope failure. The resulting damage to the roadway has impacted the access lane being maintained for emergency vehicles. North Fork Rd is now completely impassable through the work zone area. K&E Excavating is working diligently to restore the emergency access lane as soon as possible and is optimistic that the closure will be short term. In the interim, emergency services will be required to use the approved detour.******

| I & E Construction, on behalf of the City of Salem, will be closing the portion of Hazelgreen Rd NE between OR-99E and Cordon Rd NE to resurface the asphalt.The closure will begin Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 6:00 am and end Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Local and emergency traffic will be allowed through the closure.
I & E plans to temporarily open the closed section of road on the weekend (Saturday, June 6th, 2026, and Sunday, June 7th, 2026) to through traffic. The closure will resume on Monday, June 8th, 2026.

| Marion County Bridge Crew will be closing Marion County bridge #05113A, located on Champoeg Rd NE between Case Rd and French Prairie Rd, while they perform repairs to the bridge. The closure will begin Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 at 7:30 am and end Thursday, June 18th, 2026 at 5:30 pm. This is a hard closure. Local and emergency traffic will not be permitted through the closure and will have to use the approved detour route.

| Marion County Road Operations crews will be closing the portion of Vitae Springs Rd S between River Rd S and Orville Rd S while they perform road surface stabilization work. The closure is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 15th, 2026 at 8:00 am and end on Monday, June 22nd, 2026 at 9:00 am. Local traffic and emergency vehicles will be allowed through the closure. Road Operations crews will keep equipment on-site to create a smooth, drivable surface to accommodate the passage of local traffic and emergency vehicles as necessary. All other traffic will be required to self-detour.
