Our work is possible through collaboration with organizations that support client success, safety, and community well-being.

 

Chemeketa Community College

Provides educational opportunities and hosts our Student Opportunity for Achieving Results (SOAR) program to support client reentry, skill building, and employment readiness.




 


Bridgeway Community Health

Offers substance use treatment, mental health, medical services, cognitive programming, and peer mentoring to reduce recidivism and promote healthy change. 




 


Union Gospel Mission / Simonka Place

Provides emergency shelter to men, women, and children, transitional housing, meals, and recovery programs to support individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction as they work toward stability and self-sufficiency.

 

Marion County Health & Human Services

Provides mental health and substance use treatment, as well as public health services for clients involved in community corrections and reentry programs.




 





The Pathfinders Network


Delivers peer mentoring, reentry support, and cognitive programming to help clients reintegrate successfully.


 




 

Marion County District Attorney's Office

Partners with Community Corrections on sentencing alternatives, diversion programs, and community safety initiatives. 


 




 

Judicial Department
State of Oregon
Marion County Circuit Court

Sentences individuals to probation or prison, and oversees court proceedings for criminal cases. Works with Community Corrections to ensure accountability, fairness, and justice for the community. 



 
 





Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC)

Oversees prisons and partners with counties to operate Community Corrections. 
 



Oregon Board of Parole and Probation Post-Prison Supervision

Sets release conditions, issues warrants, and approves sanctions. Partners with DOC and counties to support safe reentry and client success. 



 


Transitional Housing Providers
Provide safe housing options for clients transitioning from custody back into the community.
